Policies

Due to the inability to fill w/in 24 hours, cancellations within 48 hours will be charged a fee of 75% of the service charge.

Clients have a 15 minute grace period. Anything after will make the other appointments late. After 15 minutes, the appointment is cancelled and the 75% service fee will be applied.

Danielle prefers 30 days advance notice for group bookings. And she requires a 50% non refundable deposit.
